In Bentley OpenUtilities Designer and Bentley OpenUtilities Map, the Set Directed Node tool is used to set the direction of a directed node feature. Directed nodes allow flow in one direction. The orientation of the direct node feature is changed to align with the direction of the connected linear feature that defines the flow direction.

This tool is only applicable to features that are configured as directed nodes. The Pressure Reducing Valve is the only feature configured as directed in the Gas Industry Standard Data Model.
